General Rules and Regulations
These rules apply to every event at VYBE2K26. Please read them before you register.
Eligibility & Identification
- All participants must carry a valid college ID card at all times during the fest.
- In group events, all team members must be from the same college.
- A college may register a maximum of three teams for the same event.
Registration & Payment
- Receipts for all payments, including online payments, will be issued only at the registration desk.
- Participants must keep their receipts safe. Duplicate receipts will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
Conduct
- Participants must strictly follow all rules and regulations and cooperate with the volunteers and organising committee.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers are not liable for any loss or damage.
- Any form of misconduct will lead to disqualification.
- Any damage to college property will invite strict action, and the cost of the damage will be recovered from the participant.
- Consumption or possession of alcohol, tobacco, drugs or any prohibited substance on campus is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate disqualification.
Competitions
- Offensive, obscene or inappropriate content in any form (speech, music, costumes, visuals or performance) is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must clear away their sets and props immediately after their performance.
- Participants must report at the venue at least 30 minutes before their event begins. Late teams may be disqualified.
- The judges’ decision is final and binding, and must be respected.
- The organising committee reserves the right to modify the rules, schedule or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
General Championship
- To be eligible for the General Championship, a college must take part in at least 10 of the 22 championship events.
- The following events do not count towards the General Championship: Dog Show, Beg, Borrow, Steal, Rocket League, Treasure Hunt, BGMI, Free Fire, Scary House, Commodity Auction, The Court of Four, IPL Auction and Escape Room.
- In each championship event, first place earns 10 points and second place earns 6 points.
- In case of a tie, the college with more first places will be declared the General Champions.

Quick answers before you register.
Who can take part?
Students of any college with a valid college ID card. In group events, all team members must be from the same college, unless the rules of that event say otherwise.
How do I register?
Go to Events, choose your event and tap Register. Each event has its own registration form. Fill it in and submit it.
How do I pay the registration fee?
Payment is by UPI only. Scan the QR code shown in the registration form, pay the exact fee, enter the UPI reference number and upload a screenshot of the payment.
Do I need a Google account to register?
Yes. The registration form asks you to upload a screenshot of your payment, and Google needs you to be signed in to a Google account, such as Gmail, to upload a file. Sign in when the form asks, then fill it in.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Receipts for all payments, including online payments, are issued only at the registration desk. Keep your receipt safe, as duplicate receipts are not issued.
How do I get concert tickets?
Tickets for the Rajesh Krishnan concert on 6 November are sold on BookMyShow, ₹499 onwards. Book on BookMyShow.
Can I get a refund?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable.
How many teams can one college send?
A college may register a maximum of three teams for the same event.
When should I reach the venue?
At least 30 minutes before your event begins. Carry your college ID card. Late teams may be disqualified.
Where do I find the rules for my event?
Tap Details on the event card. It shows the rules, date, time, venue, team size and fee for that event.
